CNCB Kick-Off Conference, 29th-31st March, Linz (Austria)

As lead partner of the project CNCB co-funded by the CENTRAL EUROPE programme, the ACCESS partner, Clusterland Upper Austria, organizes a Kick-Off-Conference dedicated to Cluster Managers from 29th to the 31st March 2011 in Linz, Austria, to take place at the Hotel.

The conference aims to present the project and its activities around the topic of supporting the development and enhancement of clusters.

Based on the work plan of the project, the Kick Off Conference is split up into three sessions:

1) Qualification and Training of Cluster Managers / Cluster Employees

2) Optimisation of Cluster set-ups and services

3) Internationalisation of Cluster services.

Experienced cluster managers and project managers, representatives of academic institutions and governmental institutions will present their projects, activities and findings in these three major topics. Participants are highly encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in the dialogue between presenter and audience!

The Kick Off Conference not only sets stage for the CNCB project but is also meant to be a platform of knowledge exchange and networking for various institutions dealing with cluster management. The evening dinners and sufficient break-time will support networking and getting to know each other.
